GAMA International will be present at Labelexpo Europe 2019, which will be held in Brussels, Belgium from September 24th to 27th, at Hall 11 – booth F16 with its local dealer Advanced Machinery.
During the exhibition, GAMA International will present its whole range of solutions for label printers, including viscometers, sleeve storage systems, anilox and photopolymer cleaning systems.
Among the GAMA viscometers, a focus will be dedicated to G32, specific for controlling viscosity and temperature of UV inks. Label production is a key target application of UV inks. The variety of label press solutions ranges from basic models to very sophisticated high-speed label presses, and it also includes hybrid systems combining flexo printing and inkjet in roll-to-roll or roll-to-sheet configurations. In this ink flow the UV ink needs a control especially for temperature, when coming from the inkjet system to the flexo press.
The advantage of a viscometer consists in speeding up the production by offering automatic ink control, including viscosity, temperature and pH variables in case of water-based inks. The system integrates in the information flow of the printer and in the management system implemented in the production unit.
In addition to viscometers, GAMA International will introduce its sleeve storage systems and the flexo plate cleaning systems, presented this year at all the fairs where GAMA International participated so far, where they received a lot of interest.
