Years of co-operation between Asolute and GAMA International have evolved into a new product line, which has already been succesfully installed at sites in Europe and in the US. Michal Lodej speaks to the two companies about the partnership.
For over four years now Absolute and GAMA have been working together in the United States, providing ink metering and monitoring systems. The partnership has gone from strength to strength and recently resulted in a major installation for a customer in Turkey. Antony Whiteside, founder of Absolute, said: «We are well established as the premier supplier of carbon fibre chamber systems for corrugated, flexibles and tissue, however as flexo becomes more sophisticated, we wanted to partner with world-class companies, to offer a whole ink circuit solution. In North America, we have a well-established service and installation team that supports our customers across the continent. Going forward this resource will be used to install GAMA equipement in the territory. We have also identified several other areas of collaboration which we will announce over the coming months».
