Flex-on-Road 2022 tour

The program of the “Flex on Road” tour consists of a series of presentations, that may vary from one stop to another one, considering the local situation and the partners involved. The tour started last 27th May in Dubai, UAE, followed by a stop in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 29th May. On 30th June it took place in Amman, Jordan, to meet the customers of the emerging Jordanian market.

The tour continued on 26th July in Cairo, Egypt, and the next stops will be held in South Africa on 9th and 12th September 2022 in Johannesburg and Durban, respectevely, followed by other stops in Nairobi, Kenya, and in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The emerging Jordanian Market

Last 30th June Stefano De Paolis, Product Manager at GAMA International, participated in the event in Amman, Jordan, where he presented the whole series of GAMA water and solvent based viscometers, together with the G30 model for lacquers and adhesive materials. Last but not least, most of the interest was reserved to the presentation of the new CCSone system for the control of ink consumption.

Jordanian companies welcomed this innovative seminar, in particular ten flexographic printers and two important rotogravure printers took part in the event and could appreciate the presentations about the circular economy, to which new technologies are of course oriented.

The packaging market is growing in Africa and in the Middle East, in particular in Jordan, where converters are now able to play a role to satisfy this market».
