GAMA International attended at INFOFLEX 2023 as Silver Sponsor. The exhibition has been held in Columbus, (Ohio – US), on 17th and 18th April 2023 and represented the opportunity for GAMA International to show the whole range of products focused on rotogravure and flexographic process solutions. A special highlight has been set up for an innovative solution introduced by GAMA for the ink consumption control and monitoring.
Inks viscosity and consumption control
The CCSone Consumption Control System, this is the name of the solution, is based on microprocessor technology and makes available to Printers important data such as the actual ink consumption per job referred to the whole day, month, and year.
The GAMA viscosity control and correction systems series include the G26 and G29. Both systems are microprocessor controllers for the regulation of viscosity, pH and temperature of solvent-based or water-based inks and adhesives.
The cleaning of the viscometer is made at job end, while washing up. The G29 can guarantee the maintenance of the best quality standard possible along the entire production process in order to obtain the maximum yield of the outcome.
Intralogistics solutions
